PAHANG: Seramai 18 pegawai dan 216 anggota Lain-Lain Pangkat (LLP) Kor Risik Diraja (KRD) diketuai oleh Lt Kol Abdul Rahman Muhammad Salim terlibat dalam Perbarisan Hari KRD Ke-49 bertemakan Ilmu Memartabatkan KRD yang disempurnakan oleh Pemangku Pengerusi KRD, Mej Jen Dato’ Ghazali Hj Ismail di Padang Kawad Kolej Perisikan Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (KP ATM) pada 7 Nov 2018.

Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian Pingat Perkhidmatan Setia (PPS), Anugerah Kecemerlangan Bagi Kursus Luar KP ATM dan Anugerah Kecemerlangan Kursus Dalam KP ATM kepada pegawai dan anggota yang telah banyak berjasa dan mengharumkan nama KRD di peringkat tertinggi.

Dalam perutusan Pemangku Pengerusi KRD, beliau berkata bahawa hasil perancangan yang teliti dan usaha yang gigih selama 49 tahun oleh warga KRD yang dahulu dan sekarang, bukan sahaja telah membolehkan KRD mewujudkan unit-unit risik pelbagai disiplin di peringkat BSPP dan Tentera Darat, malah berupaya melaksanakan peranan dan tanggungjawab secara efektif dan efisyen.

“Tambah dan tingkatkanlah keupayaan sumber maklumat yang sedia ada agar segala tindakan oleh pihak musuh atau unsur-unsur yang tidak bertanggungjawab akan mudah dapat dikesan dan dibanteras serta ambil peduli tentang apa yang berlaku di negara jiran khususnya kerana apa jua yang berlaku di sana akan memberi kesan atau impak kepada lanskap keselamatan dan pertahanan negara kita.

“Situasi persekitaran geo-strategik yang dinamik serta perkembangan teknologi maklumat dan ketenteraan yang bergerak pantas dewasa ini menuntut semua unit perisikan khasnya dan kor amnya untuk merubah corak pengurusan dan pengoperasiannya supaya kekal relevan dan efektif.

“Perubahan tersebut penting agar unit-unit dan KRD sentiasa berada pada tahap kesiagaan yang tinggi bagi menghadapi sebarang bentuk ancaman sama ada berbentuk tradisional ataupun bukan tradisional,” tegas beliau.

Selain itu, Pemangku Pengerusi KRD turut menyarankan agar semua peringkat kepimpinan dalam KRD menggunakan kebijaksanaan untuk mengadun elemen manusia, peralatan dan metode bagi pelaksanaan tugas yang efektif dan efisyen sesuai dengan ancaman dan kehendak semasa.

Turut hadir Pengarah Direktorat Operasi BSPP, Mej Jen Ahmad Norihan Jalal, Asisten Ketua Staf Perisikan, Brig Jen Dato’ Rezil Shahidin, Pengarah KRD, Kol Hamzah Ali dan Veteran KRD.

International relations studies the complex relations between states and international organisations in areas such as economics, law, politics and security. Core questions include: what is security, what causes conflict, what is power and how is it exercised and justified? It also investigates deeper questions relating to how we understand and conceptualise contemporary global transformations. Our programme offers a balance between theory and practice. You will gain a broad understanding ofthe key theories and concepts associated with international relations as well as gaining practical experience of the policy process. Instrumental in this is our flagship module, Policy and Persuasion, which will prepare you to participate actively in many fields of work, including politics, advocacy and business.

Your first year will introduce you to the key analytical approaches used in the study of global politics, drawing on international political events in historical and contemporary settings. Your second year modules will focus on contemporary history, global society, political economy and security and prepare you for your final year dissertation by providing training in research techniques. You may pursue your own independent research project during your third year while taking optional modules based on the research expertise of our staff.

The minimum duration of study for Bachelor of Arts (International and Strategic Studies) is range between the minimum of 7 semesters (3 and half years) and maximum of 11 semesters (5 and half years).

In total, a student who wishes to obtain Bachelor of Arts in International and Strategic Studies MUST obtain a total number of 122 credit hours in 3 and a half (3.5) years.

strategic study我找了找 只有马大和upmn有而已 虽然我分数说能上马大的话真的是太过自大 成绩都还没出呢

但如果我刚好达到马大这科系要求的资格的话，你觉得进upmn读这科好 还是在马大好呢？

=========這裡每一個問題===============你把它想成是一個 16-18面的作業===========就不難了.

通常， 國際學校的中學生， 有一些可以回答的了這些問題 （真的， 國際小學的三，四年級作文： 練球的歷史， 什麼是人權）， 如果你回答的了一部分

那麼你對這個科系， 易如反掌。

還有， 在你回答 4， 9 的時候， 其實同時在考你對馬來西亞的忠誠度， 除了分析， 它看得出你的忠誠度。 不然你在大使館工作， 忠誠度是最重要的。

有沒有發現 大使 時常都被調來調去----------這是要保留你對國家的忠誠度。 你不能在一個地方太久， 有了感情，會影響你的判斷， 可能你會太過可憐當地， 而產生誤判。

這個科目很注重   普通試卷  和  歷史 或 地理   三個科目

如果其中兩個科目是甲等， 那麼就不難。

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY • After its impressive electoral triumph in the 2018 general election, the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition suffered three back-to-back by-election defeats at the hand of the Barisan Nasional (BN) in 2019 in Peninsular Malaysia. • Opposition parties UMNO and PAS cooperated and won in the Cameron Highland, Semenyih, and Rantau by-elections. Issues concerning Malay rights, the institution of the Malay rulers, and the role of Islam were central to their campaign. • This paper examines whether PH's recent poor showing in Peninsular Malaysia manifests a decline in support, particularly among the Malays. It argues that although the by-election results are not representative of sentiments across Malaysia, they demonstrate how the opposition can thwart PH's reform efforts by playing up issues concerning Malay identity. • The emerging discourse serves as a reminder to the PH government that while it seeks to reform the economy, settle the country's debt, and reform institutions, it has to deal with the disgruntled Malay ground. Still, PH's pragmatic and ideologically ambiguous coalition may serve its purpose in the long run, especially in a more diverse Malaysia not only divided by race, but by class as well.

关于你列出来的18条问题，我一一看了，找了资料，也对这些问题进行了一番思考。有一大部分的问题我并未见过也没了解过，真的让我觉得我还有很多很多需要学习。

以及关于stpm，在未确定自己的未来方向前，凑巧地有选sej！
真是太好了~~~

我pa不是说特别好没有很大的信心能拿到甲等，所以可以sem1、2能重考的话我都会选择重考的……

关于muet，我下个星期才考muet。从之前的测验来看，正常发挥可以有band4，很差的话就只有band3了。但如果考不好的话，还有一次机会可以重考，所以并不是很担心。就算不是为了muet，英文肯定是要练好的。

• 謝謝你耐心看完， 在搜索資料， 不礙事， 希望這些可以給你一個小小的啟蒙。  真的， 還有國際組織 （international organization）等等。 對國際， 區域政治的了解， 很重要。 文中你提到自己找了這些東西的線索， 這很好， 國立大學也是如此， 自學能力很重要。
  

• 請記得除了馬大和國防大學， 沙巴大學也提供國際關係，  我告訴你一件事情， 不要對聯合國和東盟有太大期待， 他們是區域政府， 和國際政府。 政府還是政府， 就用很多很多程序。 有時你真的在那邊上班----------欲哭無淚。
  

• 恩恩， 切記， 思考的時候用英文， 那麼你就可以把英文弄好。 對， 思考的時候用英文思考， 而非中文。 說馬來文的時候， 用馬來文思考。 希望你考取band 4 很重要， band 3 會限制你的選擇，還有------------------------------國際關係的syarat khas， 請去查查要不要band 4 做出申請，或者已經換了。
  

• 我好像誤導你了， 額， “你是哪個學部的？” 哦， 我是文學院 （Faculty of Arts/ Fakulti Kemanusiaan）----在學部裡面， 什麼科系 (program pengajian)： 哦， 我是修讀 國際關係的！ 所以你會說 我進到文學部 或 文學院裡頭的 國際關係這個科系。
