在新加坡半夜1,2點在路上走都不用怕，在馬來西亞中午1,2點在路上走怕得要死。

我只相信我自己的眼睛。
每天都可以轻而易举的看到人犯罪，就可判断大马的治安有多坏。
一个制度好的国家，坏人都可以变好人。同时，一个制度坏的国家好人也变坏人。

嗯,
本人被打刧兩次, 弟弟在我旁邊被人拉金鍊一次, 老婆親戚來大馬旅行我們出門他被搶包包一次, 跟朋友出去朋友被偷皮包一次.
以上都在大馬....
在大馬的時間19年

我在國外還沒有親身經歷過
香港、台灣、澳門、日本、新加坡、泰國、柬埔寨、越南、菲律賓.
在國外的時間:菲律賓11年,台灣8年,新加坡3年,泰國+柬埔寨1年,其他是短期旅行
(PS:菲律賓遇見過一次槍战, 但是保安對保安, 沒有所謂的壞人, 不懂算不算犯罪)

對我來說大馬的治安比以上的國家還壞~~~

是啊？全部马来西亚人都是住在槟城吗？请问有什么数据证明槟城犯罪冠全马？

老实说，马来西亚的治安的确有待加强，可是欧洲国家例如法国他们的掠夺事件绝对不比KL少，但是他们给人的印象就是浪漫梦幻的，所以排名都比我们低。

‘20 abduction cases, 5 kidnapping bids between 2000 and 2016 in Sabah’

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah has recorded 20 abduction cases and five kidnapping attempts between 2000 and 2016, said Inspector General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.

He said a total of 33 Malaysians and 31 foreigners were kidnapped for ransom during the six years, of which 90 per cent of the abduction cases were carried out by the Abu Sayyaf group.

Khalid said this during his keynote address during the CEO@Faculty programme at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) here yesterday.

He was appointed as a lecturer in universities by the Ministry of Higher Education and is also the CEO for Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia.

Asked if the intrusion or abduction rate in Sabah would decrease as many top Abu Sayyaf leaders had been shot dead in the southern Philippines, Khalid said he hoped that cross-border criminals would be deterred with continuous efforts and aggressive actions by the Philippine authorities.

He said the Malaysian police were also working with their Filipino counterparts in information sharing.

“We have increased our presence or forces, including the army, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) and navy especially on the east coast (of Sabah) to ensure no one attempts to encroach into Malaysia.”

On another note, Khalid said some of the Abu Sayyaf leaders had been detained while some had surrendered themselves in the southern Philippines.

Nonetheless, he said the police were studying the cases as to whether to apply for extradition in order for the perpetrators to face prosecution for abductions in Sabah.

Also present at the event were Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Ramli Din and UMS vice chancellor Professor Datuk Dr Mohd Harun Abdullah.

Khalid later also inaugurated the Kor Suksis building at UMS.

Of 59 people kidnapped from boats off Sabah, 15 still being held captive

KOTA KINABALU: Fifteen people are still being held captive after they were kidnapped from their boats in the waters off Sabah’s east coast, a piracy information sharing centre has revealed.

According to statistics provided by the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia, (ReCAAP), the 15 were from 59 people kidnapped since March 16 last year.

“Of those kidnapped, 28 have been released and 11 rescued. Five were killed, leaving 15 people still held in captivity,” ReCAPP deputy director Nicholas Teo told FMT.

“From March last year until August this year, there have been 13 abductions and 10 attempts to kidnap.”

The ReCAPP statistics, at the end of August, did not give a breakdown of the citizenship status of those abducted.

Statistics provided by the centre further show those still in captivity were the crew of five vessels.

Three of the abductees were the crew of a fishing trawler which the kidnappers hit on Sept 10, 2016.

In an attack on a boat named the Royal 16 on Nov 11, 2016, six crew members were kidnapped, two of them were killed and one rescued, leaving three still held captive.

On Dec 20 last year, pirates stormed the Ramona 2 and abducted four sailors. One of them was later killed and one rescued, with two still in captivity.

Three people are still in captivity after being taken from the Fishing Banca on Jan 18 this year.

On Feb 19, 2017, six crew members of the Giang Hai were kidnapped. Two were killed, leaving four people still being held.

Teo said despite the drop in the number of reported cases in the waters off Sabah’s east coast, the menace is still a matter of concern.

最近網絡瘋傳掠奪視頻，受害婦人跌倒在地上許久，爬起來又滑入溝渠，劫匪匆忙上車逃走，然而“斷正”，因為閉路電視清楚拍到車牌號碼，警方高效率逮捕了兩人，值得表揚啊！

這宗罪案，是在光天化日下的大路旁發生的。我對本國治安的信心奇低，我曾經在警局前被爆車窗偷竊，我弟弟周若濤曾在車站被搶，年輕時家裏進過賊，辦公室也進過賊，著名填詞人管啟源住在公寓高樓也遭殃。

掠奪案頻生，我在街上走路不時會回頭看；在餐廳吃飯不管坐戶外戶內必時時環顧四周，因為朋友就這樣被搶了電腦、手機；背包無論多重也絕對不留在車上，我的同事中過招，舞蹈家馬金泉的舞團最近也中招。

新年聚會，親友間的一大話題就是劫案，暴力的有，慘痛的有，奇怪的也有。先說奇怪的，表哥的友人遭竊，目擊罪案的鄰居說盜匪幹案時全都西裝筆挺，鄰居好奇探頭問何事，匪徒厲聲警告他少管閑事。鄰居還是偷偷報警了，但警察來到時總是太遲。

暴力搶劫就不是新鮮事了，友人同事是一矮小瘦弱的女生，劫匪要搶她的電腦，居然揮長刀砍其手臂，此后手臂再也無法完全復原。另外常聽說的是，匪徒等屋主開車回家，趁電動門未來得及關閉便尾隨入屋先打人后行劫。我的朋友圈中還發生過劫殺案，事件過于慘痛，就不多說了。表哥說，他回家必等電門全關了才好下車，以防萬一。他的一個顧客為了防盜還有更誇張的做法，全屋門窗都裝了電動捲簾門，入夜就扎扎扎的封閉全屋，仿彿科幻片裏的太空基地。

治安不好，不能全怪警察。如果海關把關不力，非法移民如潮；如果教育不完善，道德淪喪；如果經濟不景氣，窮人生活更艱難……種種因由都可能滋生罪案，以至超越警力所能負荷。

但也不是說我們的警察已經頂呱呱了，我曾在武吉免當看見一滿手傷痕的外國婦人向兩個警察求助，說她剛剛被搶，兩個警員呆呆的看著婦人，無法用英語和她溝通。

以前我居住的社區內發生過警民合力擒賊，后來竟發現賊人並沒被送到警局，聽說警察趕開齋，竟然私自放人。不過這些轉了二、三手的故事，未必屬實。撇開貪腐不談，警方貢獻良多，該記功的還是必須記功。

盜賊故事也有些是好笑的。話說我以前的一位老鄰居是退伍軍人，每天天未亮就出門晨運，而且必備木棍，顯然也和我一樣對治安零信心。

有一天，他看見一瘦削的小賊從鄰居家裏爬出來，正義感油然而生發怒追捕，小賊匆匆逃跑時不慎跌倒，老鄰居趨前揮棍狂揍。

小賊慌忙中掏出一針筒對著老鄰居大嚷：“你走開！我有愛滋病！”

老鄰居卻絲毫不退，繼續打，小賊再次恐嚇：“我刺你！哎喲別打……我刺你！……哎呀！我有愛滋病！”

老鄰居邊揍邊吼：“我才不怕！我70歲了！”（中國報評述**周若鵬）
