如果是买dividend 股不需要等故事崩盘的，因为dividend 股是只有买没有卖的。。。

There is no point competing for short period gain as what we really want is to build assets that consistently continue to give us passive income. To concentrate substantial percentage of a portfolio into just REITS is not going to help, as these could to do badly during certain type of economic situations. A balance portfolio is the way to go in the long run. As human being, we always feel good to beat the market. However, rather than timing the market, using one of the world greatest investment strategies, dollar cost averaging should do us more good. Better to spend more time to build our career, and spend time on things we truly enjoy rather than spending them on timing the market and try to beat the market. |

投资回报也不能算是真正passive income，因为还要顾和做功课，不是讲坐着就有。
今年相信90%的人都赚了纸上盈利，至于最后能否把赚的钱套现进口袋还是个未知数。
我的也没有去算多少，也忘了年初的股本是多少了，大概大概赚了30%吧 |
