package stuck in customs

actually i’ve ordered some stuff from taobao and already remit the money to lets shipping my parcels，my always commissioned courier company is 4px express
now the problem is‘t from the express，is about my parcels has arrivals customs malaysia，but still stuck inside have a week，is this absurd ，right？？
that's longest extend i've ever encountered！！i think even happened to double 11 is not needed waiting so long either！
i was pretty suspect perhaps my package have detention，or unsafe right now。。really lousy！！
and ever consulting with the express service contact，but they're still expressing hypocritical kind of official statement
and stay ambiguity speech to blurred focusing，but wasn't even helpfully
but the realistic answer was‘‘awfully sorry bout that，i can't even give help anymore，because we can't even intervene the customs industry’‘
ok that’s fine‘’what else can i keeping to say‘’，just bother my self
