有什么方法把sdn bhd 转去enterprise

我也会担心转去enterprise会因为房子而调查我。但是enterprise的收入代表个人收入，那供房子也是个人费用不是吗？

我不知道你的sales and balance sheet多少的item，所以不comment贵或不贵。

再来，关掉是有很多手续需要跟进。是一个不错高的费用

co sec, audit, tax and accounting fee are tax deductible expenses, the company can enjoy the tax benefit.

直接去開LLP或是Partnership, 然後再把Sdn Bhd關掉(Sdn Bhd是不能轉去Enterprise的), 就算再怎麼麻煩也要去關掉(除非你很有錢).
因為如果你的Sdn Bhd沒有任何固定的大型資產(比如pr ...

可以把sdn bhd convert 去LLP。

所謂的convertion 也是要先wind-up sdn bhd才能convert去LLP.
倒不如, 先開LLP然後同時也做strike-off sdn bhd.
這樣一來, 帳目也乾淨得多, 新的LLP不用牽涉到sdn bhd的帳目.
反正你所給的professional fees差不多的.

個人覺得摟主開partnership就好了, 簡單得多(因為樓主的profit & loss都做loss的, 除非樓主想做大才建議開LLP).

先做control transfer，再做strike off。

據我所知, control transfer是tax agent做的, accounting方面還是要做disposal of fixed assets.

You can consider changing auditor. If the revenue is below 500K the audit fee should be 3K + Tax 1.5K +Secretary 1.2K = 5.7K should be able to settle. unless it included accounting fees.
if you need to closed the Sdn Bhd please ASAP and recommend incorporate LLP instead of Enterprise.
