1 dead, 10 injured after uncompleted highway collapses in Singapore

PETALING JAYA: An uncompleted highway structure collapsed at Singapore’s Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) exit to the Tampines Expressway early this morning, killing a worker and injuring 10 others.

In a post on its Facebook account, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the incident at 3.35am.A search and rescue mission comprising 60 SCDF officers was subsequently launched. K9 search dogs were also deployed to assist in the operation.SCDF said all workers at the construction site had been accounted for as of 6.45am, adding that the injured workers were taken to the Changi General Hospital.

新加坡民防部队（SCDF）在其Facebook账号上发布一篇文章，表示在上午3时35分提醒事件。随后发起了包括60名SCDF官员的搜救行动。还配备了K9搜狗，以协助行动.CDF表示，施工现场的所有工作人员已被列为上午六点四十五分，并将受伤工人带到樟宜总医院。

Preliminary investigations indicated that the elements supporting the pre-cast beams had given way, it said.
As a precautionary measure, LTA said it is checking all other work sites and that works at all LTA road and rail construction sites will observe a safety timeout on Friday morning. It later clarified that the safety timeout is not a stop-work order, but a "review of work processes related to safety".
LTA also said it is working with the Manpower Ministry on the investigations. It has directed the professional engineers responsible for the project to carry out detailed investigations into the design and construction quality of the affected structure.

應該是 under design 的關係。又或許把 point load 當 uniform distribution load，設計概念錯誤。
QP 沒有好好檢察下屬的 calculation sheet，粗心。還有 AC 只看柱子，不看 corbel

我覺得跟承包商沒有關係。

倒觉得是workmanship  或 QA QC 方面做不足。
无论如何，QPS , QPD 是同一人，他撇不了关系。 CP x 大条。

看照片是 direct shear failure。 而且不是一根，是一系列。有鷹架，也就是說 under construction load 都支撐不了，那麽肯定是 under design 了。

鹰架都不懂有没有design. Transient case 鹰架应该支持得住才对，就算corbel failed.

如果真的under design, Qp 完蛋。

到最后有可能是皆大歡喜。上次 Nicole Highway 嘛不是沒什麽問題。錢是保險公司賠。
