大乘起信論
問曰:上說法界一相,佛體無二。何故不唯念真如,復假求學諸善之行?
答曰:譬如大摩尼寶,體性明淨,而有礦穢之垢;若人雖念寶性,不以方便種種磨治,終無得淨。如是眾生真如之法體性空淨,而有無量煩惱染垢;若人雖念真如,不以方便種種熏修,亦無得淨。以垢無量遍一切法故,修一切善行以為對治。若人修行一切善法,自然歸順真如法故。

嗜那教 尼乾陀若提子(大雄)──消除罪業以證得永恆的「自我」
想要成為解脫繫縛的人,就必須努力以便最終達到四個重要的階位,即以防範罪業的「法」來防範罪業,踐行能夠導致解脫罪業的「法」,以消除罪業的「法」來消除罪業,經由消除罪業的「法」而達到莊嚴崇高生命的頂點。當他做到這些以後,他就被認為證得「自我」,修行圓滿,獲得永恆和不朽。
No-karma meansdischarge karma. Effect karma. Everything that one experiences inthis life is due to no karma/ In that discharge process, (作用性的业,果报业) Dravyakarma is the vision with which one sees what is dischargingin this life. It is like the spectacles-glasses, if one has greenglasses, he will see everything green. If it is red glasses, one willsee everything with a green tint. The glasses of the one who says, 'Iam Alexander' are such that they create or instigate like or dislike,attachment or aversion, anger, pride, greed or deception. (人格心理的概念性的业力作用)
bhaavkarma means that process which charges-creates new karma foran effect in the next life. Bhaav is that very subtle innerintent-vision which begins the moment one says, 'I am Alexander.' (造作,产生与储藏新业力于来世产生作用的过程)
