如果屋子270K, 银行借90%是多少?

RM270,000 X 0.9 = 243,000 (银行贷款)
RM270,000 X 0.1 = 27,000 (自己出钱给; 当你下定决心买了,签了BOOKING FORM,就要给一个BOOKING FEE, 然后剩余的在签SPA的时候才给)

屋子270k, 也要看bank value 有没有 270k。
正确来说我们是借bank value 的 90%

是的,27K 自己给。还要加律师费,印花税 。

First and second residential housing loan will eligible 90% loan margin. Depending if you are buying under-construction or subsales.
If you are buying subsales, there will be entry cost.
- Valuation fees
- Stamping duty fees
- Loan Legal fees
- SNP legal fees
10% downpayment will be given to developer/vendor |
