想问关于我公司的investment property，买了一块地找发展商built 4 storey building, 这个building打算建成hotel, 我的公司会买laundry machine, hotel facilities 类似hotel里面的 chair, towel, shampoo, bed... 然后再租给别人经营hotel,  收building和laundry的租金，还有租hotel facility的租金。我的公司没有参与hotel的经营，只是出租罢了。

问题：
1. built 4 storey building, 放进 Asset under Building Construction （FA) 是吗？
2. Laundry Machine, 放进 Plant and Machinery (FA) 可以吗？
3. 买里面的家私，可以放进Furniture & fittings(FA)吗?
4. 买hotel room里面的电器，例如led tv, kettle, Iron, dryer... 放进electri equipment? 还是有更贴切的名字？
5. 买房间里面的towel, shampoo, 是放investment hotel(FA)可以吗？还是放expenses(P/L)?
6. 买1set房间里面的room facility,列如床，被，枕头，当作sample room来看看效果, 可以当作expenses,进admin expenses(P/L)吗？
7. 拉电和装CCTV，可以进Electric Wiring & Installation(FA)吗？
8. 还有装hotel front desk的system，进Computer & IT Equipment(FA)？？

帮忙看进对不对.
