The Beneficiaries shall at all times indemnify and keep the Trustee indemnified against all actions, claims and demands incurred or to be incurred by reason of any default on the part of the Beneficiaries in performing the obligations in respect of the purchase and subsequent management of the said property (including the existing charge, if any).
