孩子报生纸

各位朋友想你们可以提供一些专业意见帮助我。

我和老公分居有一年多了目前在申请离婚，然而我在半个月前和男朋友产下了一个婴儿。我想知道我申请报生纸时父亲栏該空白先还是如何？如填写了男友的名字在申请离婚时会有麻烦吗？还是等完成离婚才申请报生纸？

可以填男友的名字。但是最好你现在的老公不会控告你通奸

建议放空以防被扯上通奸的罪名。

然后等办好离婚后，跟现在的男朋友结婚，然后一起去申请领养这个自己的孩子。这样报生纸这栏可以放上爸爸的名字，孩子的姓氏也可以改去跟爸爸姓。

非回教徒好像沒有通姦這條罪。

放自己的名字先，過後離婚了才放男友名字

你和老公是以双方协议的模式去申请离婚，还是单方面的？


如果是单方面，还没审，最好让你的律师知道你和男朋友有了个孩子。律师会给你知道在法律上，你们俩可能得面对的事物。

“Whoever takes or entices away any woman who is and whom he knows, or has reason to believe, to be the wife of any other man, from that man, or from any person having the care of her on behalf of that man, with intent that she may have illicit intercourse with any person, or conceals, or detains with that intent any such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.”

我在意的不是女的，而是她的"男朋友”。他(非回教徒)除了可能在刑事罪下被告之外,  他也有可能会面对“通奸的赔偿”： S58 & 59 Law Reform Marriage And Divorce Act 1976（因主题是有提到离婚）.

哪Penal Code的 charge 是可行的。之前就替其中一个客户处理过，最后连同离婚案件庭外和解。

如果我在办离婚期间帮孩子办报生纸，会让对方知道的可能性大吗？ 对方的lawyer会查吗？最迟可以几久办报生纸，而penalty会是如何？
