有没有人有经验写求情信给银行？我想写求情信给银行，不过英文太差人，有大大可以帮我吗？

想请银行延迟还款时间，因为没办法一次还那么多。
因为银行已经出了破产通知信给担保人，银行要求一次要还一半，不过担保人没办法一次还这么多。

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing on behalf of my mother pertaining the bankruptcy notice she received recently from your bank. I spoke to your branch officer i.e. Encik 。。。（银行职员的名字）and understand the bank’s request to pay half of the outstanding as the condition to set aside the court case.

However, our family is currently in a financial crisis because my mother is a full-time housewife without any income and our household income barely enough for our daily needs in view of the rising cost of livings.

The bankruptcy notice has exerted tremendous pressure on us and it affects our daily lives. I have seen the stress my mother suffers and I would like to help my mother to resolve it. However, with our saving, we can’t afford to pay the huge amount at this point of time and I hope you understand the crisis and stress we are going through.

If you have the opportunities to speak to your officer, you will find out we are sincere to settle the debts. We are not avoiding the bank and we want to settle the issue in order to move on. We are able to make the payment of RM______ （你建议的每月偿还数额）each month in order to settle the outstanding. I do hope you would consider this proposal and let me continue to look for better job opportunities next couple of months in order to get more income to help my mother. We are trying our best at this moment but the current economy outlook creates a lot of challenges for us.

We hope that you will give us some more time.

2) There are two guarantors, what is the reason you issue bankruptcy notice to my mother first?

3) Before issue bankruptcy notice, how your bank site inform guarantor debtors does not pay money to bank?

我问了银行这3个问题，一个礼拜了，银行还没给我答复，我该怎么办啊？

我要求银行在还没回复我的邮件时停止所有的破产程序，会算是挑战银行吗？
