1) 请问分行新开张请人吃buffet,rental of canopies, tables etc 应该进entertainment吗?

2)audit须在几时解决? financial period 1Jan to 31 Dec 2015; what if financial period is 1Apr to 31Dec2015 due to incoporation date is 1 Apr 2015.

3)Toll/transport charges for goods delivery to customers 不要进carriage outward 而进 p&l  expenses  part 的toll charges & transport chgs可以吗?

3: Carriage outwards is the shipping and handling costs incurred by a company that is shipping goods to a customer. It is usually under the cost of good sold...If you can justify why you put under expenses part and auditor accept ur justification then no issue...

你好...我也是刚开始接触audit不久..新人来的
如果finanical year end 是december 的话 , audit report 的 deadline 是几时 和 tax summitsion 又是几时呢.. 时常听他们说什么SSM deadline 的

小小杰，如果你是 sdn bhd, 6月尾就应该做完 audit。7月要 submit annual return 去 ssm. tax 是7月尾，e-filing 可以延迟一点交。
