第一年没报income tax, 第二年要报回吗？

我是车险代理，2014年三月开始注册SSM，用personal name注册的。因为第一年还是菜鸟，不懂要报账，所以第一年我没报income tax,而且没做账，但公司年尾会给我们summary of commision.
请问明年我需要报2014和2015两年的账吗？只是用summary of commission就可以了吗？银行的transaction都搜不回了。怎么办？

現在就抱 year 2014 的帳 . But sure got penalty. If you submit next year together with year 2015, the penalty will higher. Depend on you.

Year 2015 明年才可以包.

By right u need to do a proper set of account. Since u only left summary of commission statement then no choice. Those relate to the business expenses cannot be deduct lor since u do not have supporting ducuments.

Another advise, U personally go to Income Tax department where near u. The officer will tell u how to do. Dont afraid, the officer is friendly. Since u already late, sure got penalty.

My advise is better to setle early within this few months

better do it as soon. cause date-line is april 2015. do wait until next yr. faster settle this yr.
