屋主的买卖费用。

大家好，请问如果屋主卖屋子，除了sales commission for agent他所要付的费用有哪些呢？是不是只有lawyer legal fees 而已？怎样算呢？

Discharge 费用，就是律师楼帮你做割名的费用(换Title)
还有如果五年以内的屋子会有抽税
我是Home Loan Agent , 有兼房屋买卖

是不是以下的计算法：

For the first RM150,000     1.0%
For the next RM850,000     0.7%
For the next RM2,000,000     0.6%
For the next RM2,000,000     0.5%
For the next RM2,500,000     0.4%
Subsequent Purchase Price     Negotiable
(Subject to maximum 0.4%)
