老板，我都已经搬了家好几年了，还有存什么单啦！
其实也不必骗人什么的。我之前的家是单层屋 single phase 升级到 3 phase， TNB 换了电表第3个月就要我加Deposit了。每换之前我家每个月是百五左右，换了不久后就每个月结在两百多，那时家电都没有增加过。到我搬家那天，每月月结已经是四百左右了。
唉.... 已经是历史了。

那么你就要检查你的住宅是否充作商业用途，不过以你的论点来看，我还真看不出你的电费如何算，因为我们都在谈电费每单位多少钱。
你升级安装三相，是否用多了电然后就说电费高了？

记得：

“Domestic Consumer” means a consumer occupying a private dwelling, which is not used as a hotel, boarding house or used for the purpose of carrying out any form of business, trade, professional activities or services.

当年我住的那间屋子只是单层排屋。那是也还没有入行装修业，所以也忘了之前弄了多少钱。
不过就依我在 15楼教你的做法就对了。

其实你米想过同时一起开完5+3，其实素够电的，人家发展商也素有考虑每间房配冷气才给你单相，3相素有好处但电费算法不同单相，会贵很多~

楼主新家装修要重新拉电吗？
屋主只能去tnb拿form而已，过后需要有license的拉电佬
画图和做申请。
我们也在弄着，但是不懂要多少钱~应该要2千多给人画和申请？
申请后，TNB才会派人来从tiang拉电进屋子。。
不懂我有没有讲错。。。

我也是没申请过tnb的东西…我是旧家翻新…所以旧的电是不够的…所以要安装三厢电…

和我的一样情形～TNB说屋主不能申请，，要委托有牌的拉电佬做这些申请和画图

我不懂会拉多少哦？不懂是2phase还是3phase.。
我们是under klang area..大概2K++至 3K ,

据我所知一厢电升级三厢的…我不知道我说对不对…你的大电还没拉是吗？
