关于租屋合同问题

我想租间屋给人但是合同里面没写明 超过2个月没交屋租我有权断电断水封屋
我的英文不好大哥大姐们可以帮帮我转去英文可以吗
我加这条款下去会有法律效应吗？

If the said rent shall be unpaid after becoming due, the Landlord shall be entitled to disconnect water & electricity supply of the said premise and exercise his mandatory right of possession recovery by entering the said premise and change all the lock until and unless the outstanding has been settled.

这样你封屋后，他屋里的物品，你打算怎样处理？

给时间它还钱如日期到了还不了钱报警带警察入屋看了找人搬屋里面值钱的野买了计数有多给回它可以吗

我觉得没有那么容易，这条条规可能触犯法律。没还租金目前的做法是报警，在警察的见证下锁屋。屋内必须没有人。要不要庭令你要carify.
