我和老公在国外结婚，打算回国补结婚证，需要的程序是什么？需要把国外的结婚证带回马来西亚吗？前提，回国时逗留在大马的时间不长，大约一个星期而已。
请有经验，或者熟悉程序的大大帮忙回复，谢谢。

为何不在马来西亚驻美国领事馆注册呢？
这是可以的哦
只知道需要有单身证明书

Malaysian residing overseas may register their marriage at any Malaysian Mission on the conditions:
At least one of the couple is a Malaysian citizen.
Registration of marriage need to be made within the period of six (6) months after the marriage ceremony.
Complete Form:
JPN.KC 06 (please download and complete form clearly in black or blue ink)
Both husband and wife are required to appear in person when submitting the application form.
Please call the Consulate at (213)892-1238 for appointment.

双方资料齐全的话，到JPN注册就行。两个小时就可以了。

就是麻烦在要准备资料，因为都需要到吉隆坡去搞，而问题是对吉隆坡的路线是丝毫不懂的。所以希望由谁可以帮我介绍可靠的中介代办的。 |

不需要来吉隆坡。
1) Form JPN.KC06 - 你可以在JPN Website下载
2) MyKad - 已经有了，不需要来雪隆。
3) Original Passport (Malaysian) - 不需要来雪隆
4) Original Passport (Non-citizen) - 在你老公/老婆家乡也可以弄，不需要来雪隆
5) 1 x Color Passport sized photo with bluebackground - 随便可拍到，不需要来雪隆
6) 国外结婚证 - 有英文翻译便可，可在中国找翻译然后certified。6.1 & 6.2 for China - so just ingored 6.3 will do - 不需要来雪隆
7) 外国人报生纸 - 不需要来雪隆
你根本没有看那个Checklist，就说麻烦，到底你有没有put effort在你们的婚姻呢？假如觉得这婚姻重要的话，再麻烦也有能力去办好的。你回你家乡就可以了，新人必须亲自到JPN拿着这些资料注册。没有shortcut的。假如大马能够走shortcut到这个程度，我们大马人在世界还有价值吗？倒不如移民去非洲，菲律宾，印尼，柬埔寨? Even all this 3rd world countries also need to go to meet the officer personally!

你说的资料都是你在国外成功注册之后,然后回国补办的。其实我已经亲自到我这边的JPN去询问过了。不管你在国外还是国内注册都需要到KL的JPN总部申请单身证，而且是需要中国领事馆公证和认证的。本人不去KL也可以，但要有人代办。
