紧急:Condo 最低层须做 water proofing 吗?

想请问各位专业的知识。
我刚买了一间旧的condo，最低层的。
主人房的厕所有个浴缸，我要把它拆掉。 拆掉之后，厕所需要弄过water proofing 吗？
有些contractor 说需要，有些又说因为是最低层， 所以不需要。
弄到我都很乱。

this depend on your land water level.. if high, i feel u have to do, coz the water gas may coz your floor finish like tile pop up in future !
but if your toilet u just cemnet rendering , not need any waterc proffing system !
