各位好，
我想要写一两句英文句子表达 - “希望贵公司可以还钱， 看在我们两方这些年还不错的关系' 类似的官方回复
事情由来 - 前负责案件的人留下个烂摊子给我哽，他竟然忘记bill顾客一年的费用。
现在我向顾客提起这件事他有点不爽但又没有official说不要还钱。现在因为我公司有错在先，只好好声好气ngai他还钱。

We hope XXXXX（顾客公司名） are able to pay the money， and we trust our relationship in this pass years.... 下来我就不懂了。。

信件格式网上搜寻就有了，搜寻“letter format”就找得到
