Thank you Najib for falling into Spore Govt trap. Because they know we are so kiasu and probably rather spend in Spore than paying for the car levy. So in another words, Spore economic will be better after the implement of car levy. And if u are oblivious, most Msian cars who enter Spore because that is how they commute to work. They are here to earn money. And most Sporeans who go to JB is to spend money. So u do the maths ya.

No. No. Albert Tan, I do pity them because they have to wake up so early to go to work and reach home so late every single day. If they can buy a house in Spore, they would but how to when their spouse is not working in Spore. As it is, we Sporean are suffering paying our HDB loan. In fact, me for one... I would rather work with a Msian than any other foreigners. You can't even tell they are Msian until they speak malay to u. So yes, a Msian is not much difference from a Sporean, surprisingly those who come here are as hard working as us.

JB business will complain or shut down.
It will hurt them more than it hurts us.

RM20 ... zero impact ... may be less than 5% drop in business

RM50 ... some impact ... business drop how many %? no sure ... knee jerk reaction may be ... eventually ... RM50 also numb and everyone still drive to JB

RM100 = suicidal ... too hard to swallow


Let's see who will die first. And the impacts to johor commercial activities. Hope boleh land think twice.
