The 2005 US Department of State report on Israel wrote: "[T]he government generally respected the human rights of its citizens; however, there were problems in some areas, including... institutional, legal, and societal discrimination against the country’s Arab citizens.
而就算你是以色列国民，但是如果你是阿拉伯后裔，依然是三等公民。
A 2009 study from the Hebrew University's School of Education demonstrated that the Israeli Education Ministry's budget for special assistance to students from low socioeconomic backgrounds "severely" discriminated against Arabs.
其实以色列不论经济，文化，宗教，种族，教育，都是对尤其是阿拉伯后裔充满着歧视
