External hard disk 出问题了，有谁可以帮帮忙？

大哥帮忙解答。。。
电脑detect到我的hardisk但是开不到里面的file..按进去file要过几时秒就出现以下
f:/file is not accessible the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error ~~~
过后再click就出这个 the parameter is incorrect。。

我的toshiba hard disk也是突然坏了。。现在我要怎样拿出资料呢?
当初买的时候店家说toshiba的很好。。如果坏了也可以找回资料。。都骗人的。。现在拿去给电脑店弄都说不可以的。。。害我那么放心把资料存在里面。。。谁可以帮我啊啊啊
