离职信应该给多久的通知

公司只是给 Appoiment Letter ，Confirmation Letter 并没有收到。离职信应该给 1 星期的通知，还是给 1 个月的通知？因为工作已经 7 个月了。

PROBATION
you shall serve a probationary period of not less that  three month. this probationary period may be extended at the discretion of the management. at any time during the probationary period your employment may be terminated by either party giving to the other 1 week notice or 1 week salary in lieu of notice. No reason need to be assigned for such termination and no claim by either party shall arise out of such termination.

TERMINATION
after confirmation of employment by an employee or by the company shall be one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice except in circumstances hereinafter appearing dismissal of employee without notice due to misconduct inconsistent with the fulfilment of the expressed or implied conditions of service.


信里是这样写的。

since你还没收到confirmation letter，那就给一个星期notice period 就好了（appointment letter都有mentioned了），不过如果confirmation后就得给一个月notice period 了

通常在一间公司工作 6 个月以上，即使公司没有给confirmation letter，会不会自动转为confirm的员工？在劳工部里有没有这一回事？

你可以去问看HR dept。。到底你是confirmed staff了没。。通常公司都会给confirmation letter的。。不过我之前的那家公司是auto confirmation（做了六个月就auto confirm了），所以你最好去HR了解一下。。。

据我知道labor law是没有这个rules说做了六个月就auto confirmation了。。

hi, 现在的重点是你被confirm了没，看起来，好像还没有。但是，最好是跟HR confirm 然后再打算。没有confirm,就1星期，confirm 了，就1个月

还没有confirm。不过我今天早上已经给一个月的notice了。照理由我给一个星期就可以了。不过,manager要求我留一个月。
