请问有谁很熟房屋发展的程序等?

想问问:
1)当买了地用做发展屋业,请问若有surrender land给政府用做public road construction, surau, and other public infrastructure,你们在账面上会用什么方法recognise in cost?
2)若买了的地用做发展不一样的project,不一样phase,有些部分地卖给Jusco,有些地joint venture,如何allocate public infrasture cost ?
3)若company not public listed or holding company not public listed, accounting standard to follow PERS (by % of compeletion) ? what if holding company listed in other country where follow new international standards by completion method ?
4)请问Bumi lot is 30% or 40% or depend on national land code by state ?
5)请问when to release Bumi lots,normally how many units can release in each time ?how to apply ?to KPKT or State Govt ?
