各位，想请问目前哪家银行的放贷有promotion或者较好的配套？
小弟的一些资料：
薪水：6000
屋价：484k
贷款数：90%
目前，
公车：682/month

Currently OCBC have a promotion Loan up to 130%.
90% - of the Purchase price or the current bank value .
10% -for the Legal, Stamping, Valuation and MRTA.
30% - for the Renovation if u are Entitle.

Loan Tenure can up to age 70 or 40 years which ever early.

Loan -484,000
Tenure -40 years
Interest -BLR -2.4%
Repayment -RM2084
