我想知道的是，RPGT里面说到，In addition, gains from the disposal of one residential property once in a lifetime and disposal of properties based on love and affection between husband and wife, parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren are exempted from RPGT.
是不是说一生中卖的第一间屋子不用抽税？还是一生中只能卖一次？

任何利润都是rgpt exempted 的。。
不用给税。。。
