新年时在1st Avenue 宣传。
觉得还是和 limkokwing uni 有一段距离。 |

是，还会有很多shortcut。。。
20分钟可以到市中心。。。。 |

u may need to do some ground work before to survey market in Cyberjaya. Based on my understanding there is a property locadet at shaftsbury similar size with rental asking for RM2200.im assumed once GARDEN PLAZA completed will definitely attract a lot student form LIM KOK WING university that moved from property located NEOCYBER name calling Domain now , market rental fee is around RM1800 500sf fully furnished but furniture is not very well...so now I believe that garden plaza definitely can invest. |
