感觉上新闻没有什么大不了.... 就只是新闻，都是差不多， 什么公司都说"可以带来什么"  .. 而且不大觉得SME ...

原来我们都被boilwater误导了，BAE从来没有说过来马投资MRO，MRO的建议是SME Corporation chairman 的提议。
"We  are bringing forward the SMEs to find new markets. The MRO  (maintenance, repair and overhaul) is a big business and I think the  SMEs will benefit from this event," he told a press conference in Kuala  Lumpur today.

“我们提出了让中小企业寻找新市场。MRO是一个很大的商机，我想，中小企业可以从中受惠。”


但是，SME Corporation 是没有权利决定空军的战机是让谁来进行MRO的，而MRO的提议，也不是来自BAE，是BOILWATER自己的诠释。哈哈哈  BOILWATER的英文真的很有问题

而且现在上市公司，有那间是拥有战机MRO技术的?

Hawk off set program的历史是台风off set program里面最能吸引国防部的。
BAE开始了off set program了，但Dassualt停在派红包给媒体的阶段。

Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (“BNS”), has issued a LETTER OF AWARD (“the LOA”) dated 14 March 2013 to the subsidiary of BHIC, Contraves Advanced Devices Sdn Bhd (“CAD”) to supply BAE Systems Bofors Medium Calibre Gun 57 Mk3 with Stealth Cupola complete with simulator and ammunition range table for the LCS Programme (“the Awarded Works”) at a total value of Swedish Krona Three Hundred Seventy Five Million (SEK375,000,000), which is equivalent to Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Eighty Two Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand (RM182,250,000), over an implementation period of up to ten (10) years from the Commencement Date of the Awarded Works.




Two firms which benefited from the offset programme are Composite Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM) and SME Aerospace (SMEA). Both companies have since become BAE sub-contractors.

CTRM  designs  and produces  airframe parts for Airbus Industrie while SMEA is the main supplier for BAE’s Hawk  pylon for the worldwide market.
