怎样查屋子kitchen extension的正确性?

我叫律師问vendor关于屋子extension:

can you please help to check with Vendor if the house kitchen extension got local authority permit, as I forgot to confirm with Agent/Vendor on that last time. If there is permit I would also need the permit document during the handover of the house. Thanks.

律師回复:

As informed, there is no approval plan for the "extension" made to the kitchen area.  The Vendor informs that it is not an extension actually as it is the original area (meant to be like a wash area) and that every home in that row has simply walled up the back to the roof line.

怎样查正确性?是否是original area and its not extension?

Vendor是直接向发展商买的话，可以看principal SPA，里面有图的。
如果是好几手了，问问看发展商那里是否可以拿到图来看。
再不就看看那一带（同一排）的结构是怎样的。
