自佣人士, 银行会贷款吗?

我是自佣人士， 没有 monthly salary payment slip， 但有 income tax statement.
请问没有 monthly salary payment slip, 银行会贷款吗?

大大，银行是会批的，只要你的Ｆｉｎａｎｃｉａｌ 够强。 请问大大是在哪里的？

as long as u got filing ur income tax return every years. Bank can infer roughly how much ur total income based on ur total tax amount submited by u . Although u do not have salary slip, bear in mind to prove that everymonth u have constant cash inflow of certain amount of money into ur biz bank account .Then u can show ur bank statement to ur banker as loan supporting document. Attachment of fixed deposit slip when necessary. the chances of getting a loan will increase. |
