如何停人奶

请问如何停人奶?
我可能打算几天后就不喂人奶了。（还在考虑）
   听说医生给的药会使胸部变小

我只知道喝mint tea,薄荷糖奶会减少。。。多喝mint tea会停吧？

這是lactation 給我的info:
Stopping Milk Production: If you choose to stop production, you will need to do it gradually over a week or two.
-there are no longer medications that are used for this purpose.
-do not suddenly stop pumping as this may put you at risk for developing a breast infection
-take Altoids, and/or drink sage or peppermint tea several times per day
-place chilled green cabbage leaves on your breasts untill wilted. Repeat every 4-6 hours.
-very slowly decrease the number of times you pump in a day. take one pumping session off every 3-5 days , wait till supply comes back up to baseline before taking another session off.

为人奶会慢慢自己完吗？？我女七个月大。。还在慢慢喂。。。。
