no really.DIBS is cover interest by bank but this concept is developer cover all payment during contruction.it will only taking loan after completed.if after completed u cant get the loan u can sell the property or u borrow loan from hatten group

sorry ya...do you mind to explain what's DIBS? i m interested on the property but afraid on the loan application..coz i heard from my fren said nowadays maximum loan can a bank afford is maximum 65-70% only... y said 85% from which bank? and really can loan from the developer 1 mey??

Dibs mean developer will pay te interest to bank during under cont. U only start pay ur installmetn after completion. Apply from developer is only this developer offer to his customer no every developer will do that. But for sure te interest sure higher than bank. For 85% is only for commercial property like shop retail lot factory. N wat u said on 70% is applied on ppl who ady is 3rd house this is set by bank negara for control the market. If u r the 1st n2nd house u still can apply 90%
