那里本来是talam的project过后ijm接手完成的。你有去过那边吗？你去那边走走大概就知道什么人多了。可以上这里看看suriakinrara.blogspot.com，问题不少。。。

No...But i am holding one unit there....
Yaya... Lastime the security really bad de... Now improved a lot... Foreign ppls also reduced alot...
but if security now still cannot considered as "good"..
But they started the access card to parking lot and lift d...
If own stay, i would suggest that u go there see urself... (as everyone priority maybe different)..
but for investment...quite good..for the strategic location and price.. (now the rental ad at RM800 to RM850).
May go up to RM900 soon...

You may post to website or ask agent to find for u... I currently rented at RM800.... can fully cover my instalment..hihi..
so far i din hear any black guys collect money from residents la..
But is true..quite a number of black guys staying there...but i think is better as compared to last time..
but to be frank..as at now, i wont stay myself...
But i can see they really improve a lot d.... can hold a few years then sell off la..haha...
now there is a lot of chinese staying there as well...
u can go there to have a look...

I bought around RM130k ++.. That time directly from IJM is RM136k...
Now the price also keep increasing...
My tenant very good.. i din call him...he will call me and ask me come collect rental from him...
so far so good...water prob i saw blog only know... my tenant din tell me got prob...
Cos the JMB just setup not long ago..But they changed a few management company due to their poor performance...
For me..i think is getting better la... ...
Not considered as a v v good investment.. but i can see the potential there... as their management also getting better and the black guys also getting lesser.... (although now still alot ^_^)..
Depending on you la... Cos generally their facilities is quite ok... swimming pool..access card to parking and lift... But what i don really like is their complex concept la.. cos siapa pun boleh masuk... (except for the lift and parking...)...
