如果跟别的agent co broke时，要注意什么呢？

小弟是新手，因听到很多传言，当新手与别间公司的AGENT CO-BROKE 时,因为没经验，被一些没有道德的CO-BROKE AGENTS "UNDERCUT" 掉顾客。还有些SELLER骗了AGENT,不给AGENT COMISEN !
很可怜咯，辛苦拿的LISTING,COMISEN,CUSTOMER,都化为乌有 !
请大家教导小弟，买卖房屋的流程，何避免这些的事情发生 ~~~
