Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 1 July 2025, entered into two (2) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) with Top Up Properties Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisitions of two (2) pieces of freehold land held under Geran Mukim 503, Lot 3396 and Geran Mukim 541, Lot 3397, both located in Tempat 9th Mile Kuchai Road, Mukim Petaling, District of Kuala Lumpur, State of Wilayah Kuala Lumpur, measuring approximately 0.6980 hectares (equivalent to approximately 75,132.09 square feet) and 0.7280 hectares (equivalent to approximately 78,361.27 square feet), respectively, for purchase prices of RM26,296,232.13 and RM27,426,443.70, respectively, to be satisfied entirely in cash, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the respectively SPAs.

BHD. WITH ASPEN VISION TANJUNG SDN. BHD. | The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (“Board”) wishes to announce that Kerjaya Prospek Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“KPV”) and Tanjung Bungah Development Sdn. Bhd. ("TBD"), both wholly-owned subsidiaries of KP Equity Ventures Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPGB has on 1 July 2025, entered into a conditional Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) and Subscription and Shareholders Agreement (“SSHA”) with Aspen Vision Tanjung Sdn. Bhd.
