要买地需要有什么程序？需要多少天才能获得那片地。。。我知道没有一定的答案哈哈，只是要个大概的时间。。最好能知道每个step的时间。。。
1. searching for land
2.obtain land profile (DBKL, land office)
3.market survey for surrounding
4. land acquisition process

                   check market value from agent or JPPH

                   searching financial (bank)
                   negotiate land price with owner
                   pay down payment
                   S&P agreement form by lawyer
                   stamp duty
                   transaction of land

如果有漏的steps请指点。。。

最后一step是transfer of land！现在的屋价不跟market value。
