生产可以索偿Medisave吗？

Pre-delivery expenses 要有referral letter 才可以claim到的。

一下士MOH给我的回复。

“Thank you for checking with us.

   

We want to clarify that Medisave claims for overseas elective deliveries and pre-delivery expenses through these 2 providers: Health Management International (HMI) and Parkway Holdings Pte Ltd are allowed, if provided the patient is referred through the local Medisave-accredited referral centre (i.e HMI Balestier Clinic and Health Screening Centre and Parkway’s referral centre in East Shore Hospital) to their overseas partnering hospitals.
  

Patient is also allowed to claim pre-delivery expenses in the Malaysia hospital, if she is getting to the accredited Malaysia hospital through local referral.  However, if patient is not delivering in accredited hospital through local referral, then the pre-delivery expenses in the hospital will also not be claimable.

We hope the above clarifies.”

如果去HMI Balestier Clinic，就可以拿到referal letter 了吗?

兜兜转转后，我得到的结论是，如果那间医院有pre-delivery package 的话才能claim到这个pre-delivery expenses. 觉得MOH的FAQ有点多余，直接写pre-delivery不能在海外claim就好啦。马来西亚都没有pre-delivery package 的。

   所以说要打电话去问清楚。因为上面写的，只是带过而已，并不是很清楚。

不过你还是可以claim delivery cost.

    如果照字面上的解释，是可以claim的咯。所以我觉得误导性的成分很多。

  sg govt web很多时候都是这样的。所以打去问比较好。也有可能他们改了什么东西，不过还没update wedsite.
