上面的收费有没有重复或没必要的收费?
我们可以或以什么理由来要求对方删除有关费用/给折扣吗?
虽然可能是一百几十块,但每一分一毫赚回来的都是很不容易的,希望各位可以多多帮忙!

我最近也是弄snp,给点我的意见:
新屋不是通常developer都free snp 费用的么?
屋价:230 000

F0012 Conveyance of real property 2060.00 (这个贵了,230千屋子应该是1910,问清楚这个。。然后要求他给折扣,网上找到的是通常可以给20-50%折扣)

D1543 Miscellaneous 50.00 - 可以要求律师解释这个是给什么费用。因为都已经breakdown了其他的费用
D1534 Presentation Charge (L) 150.00 - 不清楚这个是什么,我的没有这个
D0036 Stamp Duty on Memo. of Transfer (14A) 3000.00 (给予50%折扣后=1500)(这个便宜了,230千屋子应该是3600,第一次买屋折扣半价,应该是1800,问清楚是不是确定是这个数目。。如果确定就不用管他,可能他算错 )
D1532 Stamp Duty on SPA 40.00
Service tax:
G0001 6% Servive Tax 123.60 (如果他不是大律师楼,可以要求他出示收取gov tax的资格证明。。因为很多都是自己私自收入袋的。。不过你这样做可能让他很不爽咯。)

关于loan agreement我还没有弄所以不清楚。。不过Bankruptcy Search之前已经找了,应该就不用再找了吧? |
