Revenue Recognition - Sales of Properties

想问一下
Sales of Properties 的 revenue recognition 是在几时
1) Received of Deposit
2) Signing of S&P
3) Completion of changing of ownership
（我本身认为 No.2) Please advice. |

IF SUBSALE, then sale is recognised when the signing of SNP.
但是， 如果是 under construction, sale is recognised by another method. |

用S&P date来做revenue recognition, 到RPGT时都是用S&P date的. |
