一个顾客和我公司买了一间家（家还未建好），这位顾客就给了订金10%。还有这间家的总额是RM245000.00我要如何做journal和进呢？

based on your question i can't answer, due to as below :

1. Your co already start the construction ?

2. Is under residence or commercial units ? If under residence, have to get the developer lincense, open the HDA account and advertising permit first.
