The Board of Directors of GBGAQRS wishes to update the following:
Shopping Mall Tera Capital has work closely with GBGAQRS to enhance the circulation and design of the shopping mall for better efficiency. Tera Capital and GBGAQRS are also currently working closely with international retail planners and leasing professionals to efficiently design the internal layout of the shopping mall to ensure that an excellent tenant mix to cater for both the premium local market and international tourists in Kota Kinabalu.
4-Star Hotel & Spa Tera Capital will invest and jointly develop a 4-star hotel with GBGAQRS and has completed the revised design of the hotel. The newly designed 4-Star Hotel & Spa The 4-star hotel & spa will offer total 407 guest rooms and suites consists of 216 hill view delux rooms, 82 seaview delux rooms and 109 seaview suites. The seaview suites are designed with entrance, wardrobes are, bedroom and bathtub with direct magnificent seaview.
On level 29, there will be the exclusive lounge that provides exclusive dining experience while enjoying the mesmerising view of Kota Kinabalu’s sunset. We would position the hotel to become the most sought-after hotel for tourists due to its direct waterfront location, while being complemented with direct access to a shopping mall and the ferry and cruise terminals.
World Health Organization (WHO) has declared COVID-19 Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020 and was declared a pandemic on 11 March 2020. As announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin Haji Muhammad Yassin, Movement Control Order that taken effect from 18 March 2020 has been extended to 14 April 2020.
Other countries in the world are also imposing lock down and this has affected our communications with professionals and partners from various countries. This has caused some delay in the progress of the development for the project. GBGAQRS is committed on the project and will speed up the process to catch up the delay once the Movement Control Order is lifted.

(吉隆坡3日讯)过去两个月股价上涨47%的家盟吉(Gabungan AQRS Bhd),获得一项总值3673万令吉的合约,承接彭亨东海岸铁路计划(ECRL)的排水工程。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备,由中国交通建设(ECRL)私人有限公司授予的合约,涉及该项目大本营的地基、排水和涵洞工程。
合约将从6月22日开始,为期22个月。
家盟吉补充:“上述ECRL合约预计为集团未来盈利作出贡献。”
自政府宣布实施行动限制令,该建筑公司于3月23日跌至60仙的一年低位,随后上涨至今日收盘的88.5仙。 |
