为什么现在的屋子这么喜欢用LRT来做卖点。。这边又要其lrt ， 那边又要起lrt。。。。卖贵一点。。。。有还是没有都不懂

不過卻有不為人知的一面，太靠近lrt站也會面對不好的輻射。可能你不信，可是這的確是醫生說的。話說我的小姪女平均每個月都病一次，有一次我媽帶她去診所時不耐煩的向醫生說這孫女經常病，醫生就問她住的地方會不會很靠近lrt站。的確噢！我哥的家的確與lrt站為鄰，不過還好他住的是apartment十多樓。我哥這麼一個大男人也經常生病的囉

那就要看你是以什么心态买房子咯....如实投资方面的话靠近LRT通常都很容易出租，那么价钱自然就会被炒高；相反的交通部那么方便的地点价钱就起的比较慢。当然有几个特地地点都被投资者给炒高了

现在很多外国人（尤其是印度来的）在吉隆玻工作，他们的居所首选就是LRT附近以方便上班。

有什么样的辐射呢？空气质素没那么好，那我倒真的还可以接受。。。
