地点错误（已经解决11楼）

我好想哭！但是男人又哭不出

我今天帮公司订购4张员工从KUCHING回KL！选择地点我选择Kuching去KL，但是给完钱后，收到Email是KL去KUCHING！

我打了RM1.95的电话求救！他们说不行，说我没有检查好来。。。。。。

然后live chat叫我提交Electronic Form

为什么那么黑的？？？？？

Thank you for writing in to AirAsia.

In response to your email, we trust to have your understanding that once booking is confirmed cancellation and refund is not allowed. This option given is not a norm practice however, as a gesture of goodwill we offer you a credit account called Credit Shell for your booking ZCMVVN.  

Please allow us to explain that, Credit shell means the balance amount will be hold by AirAsia with 90 days validity from the cancellation date. This credit shell allows for multiple bookings for any remaining balance in the account. You may reserve the ticket for anyone via online on any travelling date as long as the amount is utilized before the validity date given. Your actual date of travel can be after the expiry date of the Credit Shell.

Therefore, kindly advise us you’re Web User ID to proceed with Credit Shell.
