请问, stamp duty 扣 50%

刚刚和朋友提起,他说每一个人买的第一间屋子, 一定有 50% stamp duty 折扣。 这个是不关 budget 2011 的那个 announcement. 请问真的吗? 就是说2010年或之前买的第一间屋子,也会有折扣吗?
各位大大请证明一下,真有此事? |

350k 的是不是去年的财政预算案宣布的? 2010 或以前买 ( >350k) 的有扣 stamp duty 吗? |

现在没有啦???我们的政府真的很惨,教育等所有的政策时不时换一下。
以为这样可以显示他们的才能,妈的,根本是制造麻烦。
让没才能的人当领导,真的是要命。我一定会继续投槟城政府的!!!别让没才能的人一党独大!! |

是还有吗? 做什么 我买第一间律师没有跟我讲的,是不是他们吃掉了那个stamp duty rebate? 从 SnP 和约可以看得出吗? |

Stamp Duty for S&P/SPA
Current
Stamp Duty for purchase of residential property not exceeding RM250,000 are given stamp duty exemption of 50%, The exemption is granted on one residential property for each individual Malaysian citizen. The exemption is effective for S&P/SPA executed from 8 September 2007 to 31 December 2010.
Proposed in Budget 2011
•50% stamp duty exemption will be given on S&P/SPA with residential property price not exceeding RM350,000.
•The exemption is granted on the first residential property purchased by Malaysian citizen and eligible to be claimed once only within the exemption period.
•Eligible for S&P/SPA executed from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012.
Loan Agreement
Current
Stamp duty rate on loan agreement for purchase of residential property is at 0.5% of the loan value. Loan agreement for residential property priced not exceeding RM250,000 are givent stamp duty exemption of 50%. The exemption is granted for the purchase of one residential property for each individual Malaysia citizen. The exemption is effective for S&P/SPA executed from 30 August 2008 to 31 December 2010.
Proposed in Budget 2011
•50% stamp duty exemption will be given on loan agreement with residential property price not exceeding RM350,000.
•Eligible for loan agreements made between purchase with the bank, financial instituions, insurance companies, cooperatives or employer under the employer housing loan scheme.
•The exemption is granted on the first residential property purchased by Malaysian citizen and eligible to be claimed once only within the exemption period.
•Eligible for S&P/SPA executed from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012. |

你可以叫你的律师帮你扣。。。 如果你的屋价 《=350,000。 你也可以叫律师行给你quotation... 酱你就知道有没有扣给你咯。。 |

如果屋子是去年买的,SnP 去年签 & stamping 了,但屋价是 >350k, 是不是以上任何 rebate 都讨不到?
这 rebate 真是一时一样,整天换 |
