我对买屋的知识很肤浅，请有买屋经验者看看我的买屋程序有没有问题，给与指教我，和宝贵意见。谢谢

我收入有1800 一个月，没有供车，想拥有一间房子。

所以我预算每个月用我的三分之一的薪水 - RM 600 来供房子。

我看中了一个单位，是个有保安的公寓。

这个单位约RM150，000。我现在已经存够了 10% 为头期。

我必须约屋主来看看房子，谈谈细节对吗？

然后自己要亲自到银行申请房屋贷款吗？

然后那些什么印花，律师费的。。。。。这一点我不是很清楚。 这些费用是由谁来负责的呢？

什么是印花费？？

整个过程中需要用多少时间才能拿到钥匙呢？？

Hi, my name is samantha , the word you are asking is stamp duty..
when you are buying a house , firstly , you should know 10% of the property value is compulsory .
secondly is legal fees , loan agreement and legal fees for SPA
The calculation for SPA

1st 150k Property value X 1%
     1m - 3m X 0.7%

Stamp Duty

1st 100k x 1%
100k - 500k X 2%
