请问：用两个人的EPF ACC2来买一间屋子

如果我是买第一间屋子under我的名，但是女友是第二间屋子under她的名，可以withdraw两个人的EPF ACC2吗？女友的第一间没有withdraw过EPF ACC2。KWSP的website酱子写，我不确定，有人可以帮忙解答下吗？谢谢。

Withdrawal to Purchase a House

PURPOSE This withdrawal allows you to utilize your savings from Account 2 to partially finance your purchase of a house individually OR jointly with your spouse or close family members namely parents or siblings. Buying of a house with another individual who has no kinship is allowed provided that the other individual is a buyer and borrower. This withdrawal allows you to buy a house from a developer or an individual or through a public auction. EPF Withdrawal to purchase a second house is allowed after the first house purchased utilizing EPF has been sold or disposal of ownership of property has taken place. Disposal of ownership refers to 'loss of ownership of the first house owned by you either due to auction, surrender of property by court order, transfer of ownership because of love and affection, destruction of house due to natural disaster, abandoned housing project or cancellation of purchase'.

如果第一间拿EPF，那就要买掉第一间才可再拿EPF for第二间。楼主女友没有申请过，那这间就consider是第一间咯~

请问您是什么时候询问？我前两个月有去EPF问了，第一个条款没有了，双方可以各自在自己的acc2提款出来，

...第一条款，应该是在2009年刚实行的，当时我去申请EPF，loan和SPA一样名字，EPF职员一样要向我们拿关系证明文件如结婚证明书咧！

我跟我男朋友刚申请过~他们并没有要求任何关系证明文件呢~
而且如果提供R*B bank account的话会更快收到转账呢~

请问'Menyelesaikan/ mengurangkan tunggakan" 那项，我可以叫EPF 不要直接credit 给银行而开 cheque 给我，或credit 去我私人户口可以吗?

是根據你填的戶口bank in的~

如果有RHB bank的account會更快bank in哦~

但.. 得到的回复是

We wish to inform you that the mode of payment for Reduce / Redeem Housing Loan Balance Withdrawal is via direct crediting to the housing loan account or through banker's cheque under the name of the institution that providing the housing loan. Payment for this withdrawal will not be made directly to the members.

Kindly be informed that withdrawal payment will only be made to the members if they are applying for Purchase A House Withdrawal or Monthly Installment Housing Loan Withdrawal.

帮忙分析下是不是说 full settlement 就进bank，如果月供就进给我们?

对。
如果选择每个月供期，钱就直接进到储蓄户口。
而要做early settlement/fully settlement, 钱就进到贷款户口。

Bank statement
S&P 还要吗?

maybank的话五个工作天就可以拿钱了
