英文好的大大，请帮我翻译成英文，因为如果还不给发展商知道，他们就不会帮我修理了

1. 大厅的地砖有两块破裂
2. 大厅全部的窗口生锈
3. 大厅顶部有4处漏水
4. 一楼房间的石膏有裂痕
5. 5间厕所的可打开窗口不能打开
6. 整间屋子的水龙头还没安装
7. 水的总开关被发展商关掉，所以不能检查全部的厕所有没有漏水

2. 大厅全部的窗口生锈
    All the windows in the living room had rusted.
   
3. 大厅顶部有4处漏水
    顶部指的是？？

    Cracked plaster ceiling in the room on the first floor.

5. 5间厕所的可打开窗口不能打开
    什么意思呢？？？

6. 整间屋子的水龙头还没安装
    Faucet/ water tap not yet installed for the whole building.

7. 水的总开关被发展商关掉，所以不能检查全部的厕所有没有漏水
    Main water switch has been blocked by the contractor, therefore cannot perform washrooms' leakage checking.

我的意思是大厅上面湿湿的，应该是有水渗透进来
