啤酒箱付款

不好意思， 因为第一次做餐馆的账，所以比较多问题。这一次想问，付给supplier 啤酒箱 (crate) 的deposit (不能refund) 要DR 去什么account ? 拜托帮帮忙 ！ 谢谢 ！

purchase of beer is not include the crate storing the beer.
啤酒箱 (crate) 要付钱的 ， 一个crate RM3.50 ,from Invoice ,it's stated as deposit.

如果是要付钱，又拿不会的，可以直接expenses off to income statement

对我是要expenses off to income statement ，可是不知道要DR 去那一个account. 所以才开贴问。是不是问题不清楚？下次会注意。

DR purchase 应该也可以的。毕竟这费用是和买啤酒一起的。就一起进咯

if this payment is in the purchase Invoice of supplier , will straightaway DR Purchase , but this time around it is issue in a separate Invoice solely for payment of the crate and description in Invoice is " deposit " . Amount is not big , only RM35 .
