几年前已油过漆了,要是现在要再油漆,
需要先油sealer/primer吗?

我是要油室内的.

You need to use 1 layer primer and 2 layers paint

1 layer primer (white) is to cover the previous color and to make it paint stick to the wall.

Before use primer, you need to check the condition of the old paint. If it can be removed, please remove it and then flatten it with plaster

old wall paint procedure
1. check old paint condition
if very good, and firm...then just apply 1 layer primer and 2 layers paint...shall be look excellent

This is an easy job...every one can do
Normally indoor paint is ok if the wall is dry....


if no good and some paint is easy to remove, then you have to remove it or all....
1. Remove old paint skin
2. apply plaster to flatten
3. sanding the wall till flat and smooth
3. use oil base primer 1 layer
4. 2 layer paint

This is  professional job....and expensive!
Therefore outdoor wall,, please use the top primer and top paint...like ICI...otherwise 5-10 years you need to do once...$$$$$$ that will be pain..
